A part from the stunning views of the forest canopy you will enjoy excellent meals at our restaurant. At El Remanso, we understand the importance of offering consistent excellent meals, specially after a day of activity in the rainforest. Our local chefs will surprise you with a perfect mix of international cuisine with a “tico” and tropical touch. Our pool side bar “Los Encantitos” offers fresh smoothies, sodas, local beers and your favourite cocktails. Try our piña coladas, caipirinhas or margaritas while you enjoy the sunset and share stories of the days adventures!
El Remanso has 3 private, spacious and comfortable one-bedroom cabins. On top of a cool stained concrete floor rises a structure made out of beautiful tropical hardwoods, all of which come from fallen timber taken out of our private nature reserve. The front side of the cabins has a full height sliding door, and the other 3 sides have wooden louvered screened openings offering excellent air ventilation. Each cabin has one queen size bed and can fit in 2 additional single beds.
