The objective of Great Sunrise Enterprises S.A is to provide the status of Resident Investor by the means which we consider to be the best method available. This status entitles the applicant and his or her family to all the rights and benefits of a Costa Rican Citizen except those of a political nature.

All the stringent requirements as outlined by the Costa Rica Government have been met by the project Hacienda Oro Verde S.A. to ensure that those individuals who apply for Resident Investor Status through the investment and who present the proper documentation will receive this status.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Arrange a visit to Costa Rica. Visit the plantation with us. Select the specific plots of land and trees that you want to own and have them registered in your name.
Obtain your official receipt, Certificate of Investment, from Hacienda Oro Verde's accounting firm indicating the specific lot(s) and the amount of your purchase(s).
Meet with our lawyer and start your Immigration application. At this time you should present to the lawyer the authenticated copies of the additional paperwork required (see Residency requirements) plus the certificate of Investment from Hacienda Oro Verde's accounting firm.
The application is presented to Immigration by our lawyer in your presence.
At this time you will receive a receipt from Immigration indicating that they have opened a regarding your application. This receipt will ensure that if there are to be any changes in future Immigration requirements those changes will not adversely effect your application.
With this receipt you have the legal right to live in Costa Rica .
